Reservations Agent

Juan Mariscal has been a member of our reservations team since 2006, and he continues to enjoy servicing our many guests who are eager to book their next stay at La Cala. Prior to joining La Cala, Juan started his career in the hospitality industry during his teenage years where he spent over 15 years working in the reception at various hotels along the Costa del Sol. After completing his internship studies at a nearby golf course, he pursued an opportunity in La Cala’s hotel reservations department which combines his special interest in golf courses with assisting guests to book and personalize all aspects of their stay before their arrival.

Juan states “Compared to when I first started, today we offer our guests a full range of options that can be tailored to their preferences. It’s wonderful to see that clients are returning to La Cala every year, and it always makes me happy when I am asked to personally handle their reservation. I’m proud to work within a great team, and our guests have become our extended family.”
