Human Resources Director
At La Cala, our greatest asset is our employees who are carefully selected for each position. At the helm of our human resources department is our Director, Juan José Anaya who has been a member of our La Cala team since 2002. In his role, he is responsible for recruitment, training, and development, while ensuring that our mission’s core values are adopted by all employees.
